I was very upset but i believe her name was amber was very accommodating and got us into a family suite and helped make the transition easy even know we didn't wanna change rooms. we called down first thing in the next day and the lady said yes we could extend 1 night and stay in our same room but i had to come down to check in as they would need my card again, not even 15min later i arrived at check in to be told sorry we booked the room you were in, and they cant hold the room even for you to get dressed and walk down stairs. When we called down to reservations the lady at the desk was very rude as we had a couple questions such as availability for pool time the next day so we decided to wait until morning to deal somebody else as she was very rude. We booked a 2 room suite 1/5/21 for 1 night and were having such a good time we decided to extend our stay another night.
